Digital Dentistry

img_2475Converting to all digital in 1999, we have always kept up with the latest and greatest technology for your benefit. Digital X-Rays allow immediate, crisp images while exposing you to 90% less radiation than traditional X-Rays. While both looking at the image, we can examine the outer and inner structures and tissues of each tooth, the surrounding roots, root canals, and gums. Digital charts mean a quick, clear, and secure way to diagnose and treat. We have pledged to keep on the edge of technology to benefit you and your teeth.

Digital Photography

In addition to digital X-Rays, we use digital photography to give us a more precise look in your mouth. We use an intra-oral camera to get to places a normal camera cannot reach. Not only can we see these hard to see places, you can see to get a better understanding of your mouth and teeth. We also use a DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) camera, equipped with a special lens and flash, to ensure esthetic accuracy.fullsizerender

Patient Safety

To ensure the safety of everyone, we are up to date and exceed all OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) guidelines. Not only do we go above and beyond to provide a clean and safe environment, we use state of the art sterilization techniques.

Surgical Telescopes

When Dr. Henson works on your teeth, he will most likely be wearing a funny-looking pair of glasses. These glasses are actually surgical telescopes that allow him to see and evaluate intricate details as he works, making tiny but important adjustments to the procedure that would go unnoticed to the naked eye.
